Kurdish people living in Europe will initiate a sit-down protest and hunger strike today in front of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg to protect the resistance of Kobanê and to condemn the ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and al Sham) gangs attacks.

The attacks by ISIS gangs on Kobanê are continuing to be protested in Europe. The sit-down protest and hunger strike in front of the Council of Europe is one of these protests.

People living in the Alsace Lorraine region of France, in Zurich, Basel and Bern in Switzerland, in cities in Belgium and in Ulm, Freiburg, Forsheim and Mannheim in Germany will attend the protest.

Salih Muslim will also make some official contacts at the Council of Europe.

The co-president of the PYD (Democratic Union Party), Salih Muslim, will carry out some official contacts while the people make their protests. Muslim will inform the Council of Europe about the attacks by ISIS gangs on Kobanê.
