Lawyers from Asrýn Law Office have not met their client, Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) Leader Abdullah Öcalan, since July 27.

The lawyers’ application for permission to make the trip to Imralý Island was rejected by the Bursa Public Prosecutor and the Imralý High Security Prison because “the boat is still not working”.
