In what is becoming a rather habitual trip, Iraqi Kurdish leader Massoud Barzani will be in Turkey on Thursday.

Barzani has just returned from a trip in Iran last Sunday where he met with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

This Turkish visit will see the Iraqi Kurdish leader to meet with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoðan on Saturday.

Erdoðan will meet Barzani after his scheduled visits to Germany and France. The PM is currently in Germany.

Talks with Barzani are expected once again to focus primarily on cooperation against the PKK.
