Meeting in Lorient to talk about upcoming elections in Turkey

Politician Agirî held a meeting in Lorient to talk about the upcoming elections in Turkey. "Our people should go to this election supporting the guerrillas and the Leader."

A public meeting about the elections was held in Lorient, at Morbihan Kurdish Cultural Association and saw the participation of Kurdish politician Serhat Agirî.

The Kurdish politician said that voters living in Europe will go to the polls between April 27 and May 9, and added: "We have a historic election ahead of us, an election that will change our future. Our people should not think of this election as just an ordinary election. The isolation against all peoples in Turkey, in the person of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan, will be broken and the chemical attacks will end. Our people must go to this election with the spirit of supporting the guerrillas and the Leader. To get rid of this fascist bloc and to ensure the victory of the Labor and Freedom Alliance, every voter should act responsibly.”

At the meeting, all voters were asked to exercise their right to vote at the Turkish Consulate in Nantes.
