Sinn Féin MP Francie Molloy told Medya Haber that "the detention of Abdullah Öcalan remains at the core of the Kurdish issue."
The Sinn Féin MP added: "There is no doubt that his release is fundamental to the establishing of a peaceful, political, and democratic resolution between the Kurdish and Turkish people."
