The 53rd hearing of the trial against 152 Kurdish politicians has begun this morning in Diyarbakýr. Ninety five of the 152 politicians are in prison. Among them former DEP deputy Hatip Dicle and BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) deputies Selma Irmak and Kemal Aktaþ.

All are tried within the scope of the so called KCK (Kurdish Communities Union) operation.
