Eleven-year-old minor Nalin Mehmûd was killed and three other children were wounded as a result of a cannon attack ISIS (the Islamic State of Iraq and Sham) groups in the village of Tal Xelaf launched against the Kurdish city of Serêkaniyê today.

Three other children, Nalin's sister Şirin Mehmûd Teqreq, eight year-old Dilşa Elî and another minor, are receiving treatment at Qamishlo hospital.

The al-Qaeda affiliated ISIS settled in Tal Xelaf after they were expelled from Serêkaniyê by YPG fighters last week.
