Paris march against international conspiracy continues

Kurds in Europe stage long marches in protest at the February 15 international conspiracy against Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan and the isolation imposed on him by the Turkish state.

The long march started in Paris to protest the 21st anniversary of the International Conspiracy which led to the capture in Kenya of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan on 15 February 1999, continues on day 2.

The second stage of the march has kicked off from the Nation Square today under the slogan “Freedom for Öcalan, status for Kurdistan”.

Kurdish women are leading the protest calling on international institutions to break their silence on the isolation imposed on the Kurdish leader.

Chanting "Bijî Serok Apo" [Long Live Leader Öcalan], the activists are handing out leaflets informing about the isolation and the international conspiracy.

The march will be concluded with a rally at the Republique Square.
