Hediye Temel (80), a member of the Peace Mothers Council, who lives in Beytüşşebap, in the province of Şırnak, died in Şırnak State Hospital, where she had been treated for nearly a year.

Hediye Temel, who has been fighting for peace within the Peace Mothers Initiative for more than 20 years, will be buried in Hisarkapı (Setkar) village of Beytüşşebap.
