Police detain HDP Karaçoban co-mayor Halit Ugun
Police raided the HDP-run Karaçoban Municipality and detained co-mayor Halit Ugun.
The Karaçoban Municipality in Erzurum is governed by the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP). The municipality was raided by the police this morning.
Municipality co-mayor Halit Ugun was taken into custody following a raid on his home.
