Police blockade the HDP Amed Provincial Building in an attempt to prevent people gathered there from joining the HDP Democracy March coming from Hakkari.
People are shouting: 'We will win the resist' while the police are trying to disperse the crowd.
The marchers is expected to arrive in Amed this evening and make a statement.
