Police take four people into custody in Çukurca
During the political genocide operations carried out in Çukurca, four people, including former mayor Servet Tunç, were detained.
In the morning hours, many houses were raided in Çukurca, province of Hakkari. As a result of the raids, former mayor Servet Tunç, Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) former co-mayor Mehmet Kanar, Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Provincial Assembly members Farıs Çetinkaya and Hacı Yanar (55) were detained.
The politicians were taken to the District Police Department.
