Rebuilding and service efforts continue in Raqqa
The People’s Municipality in Raqqa’s Kerame town has taken action to fulfill the people’s need for potable water as ISIS gangs had damaged the water network.
The People’s Municipality in Raqqa’s Kerame town has taken action to fulfill the people’s need for potable water as ISIS gangs had damaged the water network.
The water network in the Kerame town has been rendered useless due to damage by the gangs. Raqqa Civilian Council has provided the town with two water tanks which were delivered to the People’s Municipality to fulfill the need.
Municipal workers have put both tanks into service.
The town residents voiced their joy in having their water needs fulfilled and added that they want the network to be repaired as soon as possible.
