In a statement on Turkish warplanes activity in Media Defense Areas, People's Defense Forces Press Office HPG-BIM said that the Turkish army has increased reconnaissance flights in many areas of the guerrilla-controlled region in the last two days.

HPG-BIM stated that unmanned aerial vehicles of Turkish military carried out reconnaissance flights over the regions of Haftanin, Metina, Zap, Zagros, Xakurke and Gare in Media Defense Areas on 20 and 21 October.

HPG-BIM added that the reconnaissance flights of the Turkish army continued in some regions.
