Cabbar Yýlmaz who lost his relative Selami Encü in the Roboski massacre where 34 civilians were killed by Turkish war planes had been taken into custody on Tuesday. He was accused of being among those who attacked Uludere governor Naif Yavuz during his visit to the village.

No progress has been made in the investigation on the massacre and those responsible have still not been found after 111 days.
