The trial against Kurdish satellite channel RojTv has been posponed to Thursday by Danish judges.

The second hearing heard the prosecutor listing several prgrammes and interviews broadcasted by the Kurdish channel which according to the accusation amount to propaganda for the PKK (Kurdistan Workers' Party). The defense lawyers has called different Kurdish politicians and intellectuals to take the stand. The judge however rejected the request by defense lawyer to ask Diyarbakýr MP Leyla Zana and Diyarbakýr mayor Osman Baydemir to testify. The judge justified his rejection arguing that the "trial is not about the Kurdish people status".
