Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Press Office released a written statement on the attack that targeted a SDF position in Raqqa.

The statement said the following;

“A 4-person terrorist group guessed to be affiliated with ISIS gangs launched an attack on SDF military point near the Raqqa Union of Engineers at around 03:00 am on 5 June 2018.

While SDF fighters responded to the attack immediately, one SDF fighter got slightly injured. Of the 4 terrorists involved in the attack, 3 were killed and the other escaped in a wounded state. Domestic Security Forces have taken action to capture the gang member who fled.”
