Second day of the Long March ends with enthusiasm

Young people arrived at Darmstadt Luisenplatz thus ending the second day of the Long March.

The 2nd day of the Long March, organized by the European Kurdish youth movement with the slogan "Don't Allow Isolation, Be Free with Rêber APO" saw the participation of about 120 young people from Germany, France and Switzerland.

On the first day of the march, various provocation attempts were made by the German police.

While the provocative approaches of the police continue on the 2nd day of the march, young people responded by chanting slogans.

The young people sang the anthem when they arrived at Darmstadt Luisenplatz and read a press statement after.

While activists were going to Darmstadt DKTM to join the last program of the day, German police once again attacked young people. After the march ended the police took several young people into custody.

The organizing committee, which met with the lawyers, said that their friends would be released later on.

Yoing people moved to Darmstadt DKTM, where they ended their daily program by participating in the commemoration held for PKK guerrilla Fırat Çiçek (Baran Kaya), who fell martyr in Medya Defense Areas.
