The second day of the March in Paris will continue today at 11 am in front of the municipality of Ivry-Sur-Sein.

The 1st day of the march, organized to protest the International Conspiracy which led to the capture of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan on 15 February 1999 people marched in front of Villeneuve Saint Georges municipality carried a banner saying "Freedom for Öcalan".

Hundreds of leaflets about the isolation of Öcalan were distributed during the march, which continued until Alfortville municipality.

A rally was held in front of Alfortville municipality. In the speeches made here, it was stated that the Democratic Confederalism model presented by Öcalan as an alternative model, is a light of hope for the people living in Syria and not only there.
