Shengal genocide victims commemorated in Toronto
Victims of the Yazidi genocide perpetrated by ISIS in Shengal are remembered all around the world.
Victims of the genocide carried out by ISIS against the Yazidis in Shengal were commemorated in Toronto, Canada.
The action, organized by the Women's Committee of the Democratic Kurdish People's Assembly in Toronto, was held at Yonge & Bloor and saw the participation of Kurds and their friends.
Leaflets about the genocide carried out by ISIS in Shengal on 3 August 2014 were handed out.
Speeches were delivered at the demonstration.
