More than 110 signatures have been collected during the signature campaign launched by Kurdistan Students Union against the bombing of Kurdistan Region by Turkey and Iran.
South Kurdistan centered Kurdistan Student Union (YQK) spokesman Fatih Mewlewî stated that 113 thousand 500 signatures have been collected in Hewlêr, Duhok, Kerkûk and Sulaymaniyah cities in three days.
Mewlewî noted that the collected signatures will be conveyed to related institutions in the United Nations, Iraq and Kurdistan Region.
For about two months, Iranian army's artillery troops are bombing Kandil region which is controlled by PJAK and HPG guerrillas.
The attacks by Turkish warplanes continue since August 17. Last week, seven people including four children were killed when targeted by Turkish warplanes in Kurtekê region of Sengeser.
According to the internal commission report of Kurdistan Regional Parliament, 12 people lost their lives due to the bombings by Turkish warplanes.
