Solidarity night for Rojava in Örebro

People's Defense Units (YPG) spokesperson Nuri Mahmud thanked all participants for their solidarity and stated that the people of Rojava and Kurdish forces will resist the invading Turkish state and ISIS proxies.

A night was held in Örebro, Sweden, to express solidarity with Rojava, which is resisting the invasion attacks carried out by the Turkish state.

The solidarity night began with a minute silence to pay tribute to the martyrs of the revolution. The slogan of the night was 'We greet the Bakur, Başur and Rojhilat resistance with the spirit of Rojava resistance'.

Emine Özmen, co-chair of the Örebro Democratic Kurdish Community Center, greeted the participants and gave a short speech on the importance of expressing solidarity with the people of Rojava who are resisting the attacks carried out by the Turkish state.

Rıdvan Altun, chairman of the Swedish Kurdish Kurdish Center, said that the Kurds had to work for national unity at a time when the Turkish state is carrying out invasion attacks and massacres in order to eliminate the gains of the Kurdish people in Bakur, Başur and Rojava.

MAHMUD: HUMANITY WILL WIN

Mahmud thanked all participants for their solidarity and stated that the people of Rojava and Kurdish forces will resist the invading Turkish state and ISIS proxies.

"Today there is a resistance for humanity in Rojava. If we win, humanity will win."

CALL FOR NATIONAL UNITY

Mahmut also called on Kurds to work to make national unity a reality especially at a time of heavy attacks.
