The Operation Wrath of Euphrates to liberate Raqqa from ISIS occupation witnesses significant developments in the third phase of the military campaign aiming to cut all the connections between Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor. Fighters of the Wrath of Euphrates Operation Room, advancing towards Raqqa on two axes, yesterday took control of a large area in east Raqqa after their liberation of the strategic West Menxer Hill.

After cleansing the villages of Gubar and al-Qecla of ISIS gangs earlier today, SDF fighters have liberated the East Menxer Hill 27 km east of Raqqa early Thursday afternoon.
