Sultan Murad gangs attacked trucks carrying vegetables, fruits and other food supplies from Jarablus’ Mehdenli village to Manbij yesterday evening. Gang members attacked the trucks with B7 and other weapons, and damaged 7 of the food trucks.

The reason behind the attack on food trucks is believed to be a disagreement between Sultan Murad and Faylaq al Sham groups.

Local sources stated that members of Faylaq al Sham let vehicles pass after taking bribes under the name of ‘taxes’ and Sultan Murad gang members attacked vehicles afterwards.
