TAK claims responsibility for the action against riot police in Istanbul

Kurdistan Freedom Falcons (Teyrêbazên Azadiya Kurdistan-TAK) has claimed responsibility for the action conducted in Istanbul's Beyazıt district at 08:40 in the morning of June 7, 2016.

TAK said that the action against riot police was conducted by Martyr Rojhat-Munzur vindicative unit in memory of Martyr Asya and in response to the dirty war and aerial attacks of Turkish military in Kurdistan. TAK said the action of self-sacrifice was also a retaliation against the Turkish state's savage attacks mainly in Nusaybin and Şırnak.

TAK underlined that their actions will continue unless the attacks of the Turkish forces stop.

According to the TAK statement, many riot police officers died in the action and the Turkish state tried to hide the casualties it has suffered. TAK pointed out that the Turkish people were doomed to be aggrieved by this war that they approved by remaining silent.

TAK also said; "We warn all tourists who might plan to visit Turkey! You are not our targets but Turkey is no more secure for you."

The statement added; "Some may miss the peace but we have just started the war!"
