Ten remanded in custody in Amed

29 people, including 18 minors, had been detained as a result of provocation by Turkish police following the 15 rally in the main Kurdish city Amed marking the 16th anniversary of the international conspiracy.

18 children and an adult were released after bearing testimony to the prosecutor while the remaining ten were referred to a vacation court, demanded to be arrested.

Remanded in custody for allegedly “committing a crime on behalf of a terrorist organization despite not being a member”, ten people were sent to Diyarbakır D Type Closed Prison.
