Syriac Military Council (MFS) Command reported in a written statement that three Syriac freedom fighters were martyred resisting to the savage attacks of ISIS gangs on the village of Tel Hırmız in Habur region.
The statement said that bodies of the three Syriac fighters, Julian Bahho Ose (Havro Louay), Jouseph A’feh (Havro Aram) and Marios Hermez (Havro Ninos), couldn't be reclaimed yet despite all the efforts made by their side.
The statement said that MFS fighters and Habur forces (militia protecting villages of Habur) are determinedly resisting in order not to allow ISIS to take control of the region, adding that the fate of a MFS fighter and 12 others from Habur forces is yet not known.
Remarking that the ISIS gangs are continuing the massacre of civilians, Syriac Military Council Command noted that the Syriac people are continuing to resist to the gangs and have recently started to carry out suicide attacks in order to break the attack capability of the gang groups.
The statement ended by vowing that MFS and Habur forces will continue their dignified resistance until the Assyrian villages are liberated and Assyrian-Syriac captives held by ISIS are released.
