It has been reported that the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI), which has built many new police posts in Kurdish provinces, is undertaking contracts for constructing 100 border posts in Iran. While the construction of posts was offered to Iran by Turkey, Iran's Revolutionary Guards Commander Mehdi Mehdevinejad has been reported to be holding secret talks in Turkey.
Military mobility continues at the border of Iran who intends to invade Qandil since 16 July. It has been informed that the border posts of Iran, who is building new ways, police stations and strongholds at the border, are constructed by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey.
The agreement on the construction of border posts by TOKI and the provision of electric equipment by ASELSAN (a company of Turkish Armed Forces Foundation) was reached after several mutual negotiations between Ankara and Tehran.
It has also been informed that Iran's Revolutionary Guards Commander Mehdi Mehdevinejad secretly went to Turkey to see the police stations built by TOKI in Kurdistan.
It came out that Mehdevinejad went to the region after his intercourses with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Defense, Undersecretary of National Intelligence Organization (MIT) and the Administrator of TOKI.
Meanwhile, Iranian Security Forces Commander Ismail Ahmadi Mukaddem made an attention-grabbing statement to the Mehr News Agency. Mukaddem expressed that they are working in cooperation with Turkey's security forces authorities, noting that the situation at the borders will be improved with the works of the Turkish side. (D.F.)
