Turkish soldiers opened fire on 3 people from Kobanê trying to cross the border of Kobanê-Suruç. 1 person lost his life, and 1 person was wounded in the attack. Meanwhile, a person who was trying to return to Kobanê from Suruç was beaten by Turkish soldiers and wounded in the legs.

3 people from Kobanê trying to cross the border from the village of Tilşehir 2 km to the west of Kobanê were shot at by Turkish troops.

After the attack, Ahmet Seyid Ahmet (35) lost his life. His brother Kemal Seyid Ahmet and a man from Kobanê whose name is Bozan Berkel were wounded.

The wounded people were taken into Kobanê hospital. It is reported that the condition of Kemal Seyit Ahmet is grave.

The 2 brothers Said Ehmed and Kemal Said Ehmed were crossing the border with their families in order to protect themselves from the attacks of ISIS gangs. Eye-witnesses stated that they were shot at by Turkish soldiers in a military vehicle.

Bozan Berkel was captured by Turkish soldiers while he was returning to Kobanê from Suruç. He was seriously beaten by the Turkish troops. He was wounded in the legs. Bozan Berkel said that the soldiers were threatening the people by saying: "we will do more than ISIS gangs have done". Bozan Berkel said that many people want to cross the border in the same area, but are facing the tortures and threats of the soldiers.
