Turkish warplanes have once more began to bomb Kandil, in the Kurdish Federal Region.

According to the first reports coming through the warplanes have been bombing Kandil since 9.20 am. In particular Kozine village is reported to have been hit.

The Turkish army is in alert state, and all permissions issued to soldiers have been cancelled.
