In the meantime detentions and repression do not seem to end. In Istanbul
13 people have been taken into custody following house raids in Kartal and Pendik.
It is understood that the house raids were carried out earlier this morning and were directed to BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) members. Indeed it appears that BDP Kartal president Süleyman Özcan is among the detained people.
In Tatvan (Bitlis) following house raids this morning a number of BDP members and council members have been detained.
Among them are BDP Tatvan representative Hüseyin Güler, Tatvan City Council mayor assistant, Nedim Iþýk, Tatvan Councillor Nasýr Ölçer.
