A vehicle exploded at about 5 o’clock this morning after crossing from Turkey into Kobane. The bomb-laden vehicle passed the Mürşitpınar border gate before blowing up. ISIS gangs based in the Turkish state agricultural depot (TMO) are continuing to attack Kobane from three sides.
According to YPG officials fierce clashes broke out after the vehicle belonging to the gangs exploded.
The gangs are based around TMO wheat silos very close to the Mürşitpınar border gate, from where they have launched attacks on Kobane. Fierce clashes are continuing on the eastern, western and southern fronts in the city.
Urfa Governor İzzettin Küçük admitted to HDP MP İbrahim Ayhan that the ISIS gangs were on Turkish territory and had attacked Kobanê from there.
