Voting for Turkey’s elections starts in 3 countries

Voting has begun in Germany, France and Austria for the parliamentary and presidential elections of Turkey on June 24.

The citizens of Turkey living abroad have started to cast their votes in Germany, France and Austria for the parliamentary and presidential elections of June 24. The voting will continue for 13 days.

Voters formed long queues in front of the consulates starting from early morning hours.

Speaking to ANF on behalf of HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) Hamburg Election Coordination, Hüseyin Kayaturan said there are nearly 84 thousand voters in Hamburg. Kayaturan added; “We are trying to take our people to ballot boxes within the limits of our means, wishing the dictatorship in Turkey to end.”
