Police attacked youths who staged a demonstration in Hani district of Amed to protest against the ongoing attacks of ISIS gangs on Kobanê town of West Kurdistan, Rojava.

The brutal police intervention which came without any warning led to clashes with demonstrators.

Mustafa Solmaz who was shot in the head as police used real bullets was first taken to Hani state hospital from which he was referred to Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in Amed.

Solmaz is reported to be in critical and life-threatening situation.
