25-year-old Hakan Buksur was shot dead by police using real bullets against the people who have taken to the streets in Varto district of Muş since early today in solidarity with Kobanê and in protest against the ongoing ISIS attacks.

As clashes between demonstrators and police are continuing for hours today, police use real bullets while opening fire on the mass at the Cumhuriyet Avenue. Buksur has been shot dead and his brain blown out at the scene as police opened fire from a panzer vehicle.

While Buksur's body has been taken to hospital by the people, tension in the district continues to rise.
