The Health Committee of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria reported 220 new coronavirus cases in the region. 5 of those infected have died.

The Health Committee co-chair Dr. Ciwan Mistefa announced that 220 new coronavirus cases have been registered within the territories of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria. Dr. Mistefa stated that 5 coronavirus patients died and 14 patients recovered.

The coronavirus cases registered by cities are as follows:

Hesekê: 47

Qamishlo: 71

Dêrik: 50

Dirbêsiyê: 7

Amûdê: 1

Deir ez-Zor: 15

Raqqa: 26

Hol Camp: 3

The latest data show that the total number of coronavirus cases in North and East Syria reached 13,423. The death toll stands at 447 and the number of those who recovered has risen to 1,421.
