221 young people from Deir ez-Zor join the SDF
221 fighters from Deir ez-Zor graduated from the Martyr Dijwar Efrîn Academy and joined the ranks of the SDF.
221 fighters from Deir ez-Zor graduated from the Martyr Dijwar Efrîn Academy and joined the ranks of the SDF.
221 young people from Deir ez-Zor have completed the Martyr Cuma Mihemed Hemîdan Training Term in the Martyr Dijwar Efrîn Academy located in the Kenteri village of Gire Spi Canton’s Siluk district, and officially joined the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
SDF and YPG/YPJ (People's/Women's Defense Units) commanders as well as international coalition officials were present in the graduation ceremony for the fighters.
SDF Commander Zerdeşt Kobanê spoke in the ceremony and said they will continue their forces’ fight to end terrorism.
Zerdeşt Kobanê said they are prepared to deploy their forces wherever is necessary to free all of Syrian land from terrorism.
The ceremony concluded with the newly graduated fighters taking their oaths after the speeches.
