Dr. Ciwan Mistefa, co-chair of the Health Committee of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, announced that 6 more people have died of coronavirus in the past 24 hours. These include two men and one woman in Qamishlo, one man in Heseke, one man in Derik and one woman in Deir ez-Zor.

Mistefa announced that 166 more people have tested positive and 8 patients have recovered.

The coronavirus cases by cities are as follows:

Heseke: 47

Qamishlo: 59

Derik: 27

Dirbesiye: 7

Raqqa: 25

Hol Camp: 1

The latest data show that the total number of the coronavirus cases in North and East Syria reached 14,049. The death toll is 462 and the number of those who have recovered stands at 1,444.
