SDF fighters discovered a vehicle-born improvised explosive device (VBIED) facility in al-Bedouin neighbourhood in Raqqa city centre.

Once a fuel station the facility is converted to a facility to produce VBIEDs. ISIS gangs also produced mines that they use to booby-trap the buildings in Raqqa.

SDF fighters found two vehicles inside the facility which were being prepared for suicide attacks. One of the vehicles were riddled with bullets which shows that it was used in an unsuccessful attack against SDF.
