Rojava (Kobanê, Cizîr, Efrîn) Democratic Autonomous Administration General Coordination has issued a written statement on the Turkish state's attacks against Afrin. The statement says the Turkish state is acting in animosity against the Kurdish people and the Kurdish movement in all four parts of Kurdistan, and mentioned the invading Turkish state's attacks against Afrin that have continued for some time.

The statement says the peoples of Afrin and the forces fighting for freedom in Aleppo, Raqqa and other areas have retaliated these attacks and continues:

"Afrin is not alone, the peoples of Kurdistan and those who want freedom around the world will give support against the attempted invasion attacks and Afrin will bring about the fall of the Turkish regime. We condemn the Turkish state's acts in animosity.

Resistance against invasionism prevailed in Kobanê, Manbij and Raqqa have been liberated, the Afrin resistance will also prevail and end Turkey’s presence in Syria. We support the resistance of the people of Afrin.

We are calling on the international public, human rights organizations and all who want freedom throughout the world: Stand against the Turkish state’s fascistic practices. We are also calling on the peoples of Syria, to object to Erdogan's Ottoman plans that want to see Syria in pieces.”
