Aid convoys sent by Autonomous Administration to earthquake victims still denied permission to pass

Two humanitarian aid convoys sent by the Autonomous Administration for the earthquake victims in northern Syria and Aleppo are waiting to pass at Tahiye and Um Jilud gates.

Ciwan Mela İbrahim, co-chair of the Autonomous Administration Press Office and member of the crisis desk, stated that the two humanitarian aid convoys sent by the Autonomous Administration for earthquake victims in northern Syria and Aleppo are still waiting for approval to pass.

One of the convoys is waiting at the Tayihe gate between Manbij-Jarablus and Um Jilud and the other between Manbij and Damascus government areas.

The Autonomous Administration prepared a humanitarian aid convoy of 30 trucks to be sent to earthquake victims in Aleppo and northern Syria on 8 February.

The second convoy of 50 fuel tankers prepared for the earthquake victims in Aleppo has been waiting at the Tayihe gate since Friday.
