Aldar Xelîl: Assemblies and communes should be strengthened

Aldar Xelîl, Co-Presidency Council Member of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), stated that institutions, parliaments, and communes should be strengthened to defend the revolution's victories.

Aldar Xelîl, a member of the PYD Co-Presidency Council, spoke during the 5th Martyrs' Families Assembly Conference.

"The conspiratorial states, with their capitalist views, reject Leader Abdullah Öcalan's democratic and free ideas. They sought to undermine the people and their democratic principles by capturing Leader Öcalan," Xelîl said.

According to Xelîl, the organization of martyrs' families under the umbrella of the Martyrs' Families Assembly is proof that the ideas of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan have succeeded and that the International Conspiracy has failed.

"The fact that the Martyrs' Families Assembly and the people have been brought to an organized level within the institutions is proof that the North and East Syrian revolution has succeeded," Xelîl said, adding that "The struggle should be intensified so that the rebellious peoples can have a free and democratic life."

Aldar Xelîl stated that the revolution in North and East Syria met the aspirations of the Syrian people, and that "institutions, assemblies, and communes must be strengthened in order to defend the revolution's achievements."

Xelîl emphasized the importance of self-efficacy in the construction of a free society, stating that local production and communal economy are at the heart of self-efficacy.
