The Revolutionary Youth Movement, the Youth Office of the Future Party of Syria, the PYD Youth Assembly, the Democratic Syrian Youth issued a statement in the neighborhood of Sheikh Maqsoud (Şêxmeqsûd) in Aleppo about the threats of the Turkish state to occupy Northern and Eastern Syria.

The joint statement was read by PYD Youth Assembly executive Fedila Kenco. “Turkey - said Kenco - is targeting people of different beliefs and identities and wants to deepen the Syrian crisis.”

Stating that the Turkish state wants to hit the democratic project developed by the peoples in Northern and Eastern Syria, Kenco added that the youth of the region will counter any attack and threat with the resistance they will organise.
