During the past two days, Turkish army is attacking Firfirk, Qere Baba, Heşreki Tepesi, Mosako, Bınirk, Meydan Ekbes and Şenkliye villages in Efrîn's Raco district, and the villages of Çeqela Jorin (Upper Çeqela) and Mele Xelil in Şiye district.
The artillery aggression of the Turkish army was expanded last night and targeted the Heman village of Efrîn's Cindires district as well.
Turkish troops launched an attack on Heman village with tank and artillery fire at 23:30 last night. During the aggression that continued into the morning hours today, more than 20 cannon balls hit the village.
Turkish army continues to target free press in Rojava as well.
Following April 24's attacks that targeted Voice of Rojava and Çira radio stations in Qereçok and Shengal, the building of Efrîn FM radio station in Şiye district has been targeted in the latest wave of attacks. The radio has suspended the broadcast due to continued artillery attacks.
In the mentime, the Turkish army has deployed 5 tanks and 3 panzers across the Kirdo village in Bilbile district of Efrîn.
