The occupant Turkish state continues bombing villages in the northwest of Manbij. The international community does nothing to stop the attacks targeting the civilian settlements in the region.

Speaking to ANHA, Manbij Military Council (MMC) fighter Ali Yusuf stated that the Turkish state is carrying out dozens of attacks with artillery and heavy weaponry on daily basis.

“ATTACKS AIM TO DISPLACE THE CIVILIANS”

Yusuf underlined that they did not allow the Turkish forces and allied mercenaries to enter the villages they attack. He noted that the village of Şêx Nasir, which is only 400 meters to the occupied villages of al-Bab, is under daily attack. The MMC fighter pointed out the fact that the increasingly ongoing attacks target civilians and seek to intimidate and displace them.

“WE ARE ON DUTY”

Another fighter of the Manbij Military Council, Mustafa Xelef, also reported daily attacks on villages in the border strip. Highlighting the threat for local population, Xelef recalled that 70 artillery attacks were carried out on a village alone during the latest aggression.

The MMC fighter underlined that they were on duty to protect the civilians, vowing that they will not allow the Turkish state to pass.
