The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria has cancelled the broadcast license of the Kurdistan24 TV channel, which “incites hatred among the Kurdish people”.
In a statement published on its website, the Autonomous Administration Press Office said that "We consider the policy of Kurdistan24 channel to incite feelings of hatred and resentment among the Kurdish people, and to promote a civil war between Kurds as contrary to the ethical values of the press organizations."
“The license of Kurdistan24 channel has been cancelled on the grounds that it promotes hatred among the peoples which violates the laws of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria,” it added.
