Northern and Eastern Syrian Autonomous Administration held a meeting in Ayn Isa with the participation of Executive Council co-chair Bêrîvan Xalid, deputy co-chairs Elizebet Gewriyê and Hemdan El-Ebid, and members of the committees and offices.

Bêrîvan Xalid listened to comments and concerns from those attending the meeting on the latest situation in the region.

Among the proposals was those to promote the mobilisation against the Turkish state’s threats, activate diplomatic relations, sending delegations to the Western countries and developing strong relations.

Participants also asked the press organisations in Northern and Eastern Syria to play their role and try to frustrate the psychological war on the media linked to Turkish president Erdoğan.

The meeting also called on circles to unite around the Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) as the political representative of the Northern and Eastern Syria.
