Ambassador-at-Large Office of Global Criminal Justice US Morse Tan, International Academy of Rights founder Matthew Daniels, US Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women's Issues Kelly E. Curry, US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) vice president Nadine Maenza and co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria Bedran Çiya Kurd attended an online meeting to debate over the trials of ISIS members.

Morse Tan stated that a court similar to the Nuremberg Court where the fascist German leader Hitler was tried should be established.

Matthew Daniels and Kelly E. Curry, referring to ISIS attacks on peoples all over the world, especially Yazidis, stated that it is a moral responsibility to establish a court for the trial of ISIS members.

Daniels emphasized that the states that signed the "No to massacre" declaration should lead this.

Bedran Çiya Kurd said; "We have constantly called for the establishment of a court like Nuremberg for the trial of ISIS members. Justice must be maintained to combat international terrorism. We see that the trial of ISIS gangs in the Autonomous Administration regions plays an important role in weakening terrorism. Besides, international justice must be provided. What the Turkish state committed in Afrin, Girê Spî (Tal Abyad) and Serêkaniyê (Ras al-Ain) is a real massacre. This needs to stop.”

Nadine Maenza expressed that “International investigations must be initiated because these crimes are worse than the Holocaust (Jewish genocide)”.
