Local sources report that armed clash erupted between gang groups under the command of the Turkish state in Afrin Wednesday afternoon. Reports came through of casualties during the fighting between Sultan Mihemed al-Fatih and 9th Battalion mercenaries at Kawayê Hesinkar intersection.

According to the sources, a bomb-laden car was detonated in the city, leaving 4 people wounded.

It was not immediately clear who carried out the attack.
