The Turkish state and allied Islamist proxies have been attacking the lands of North and East Syria since October 9 as part of a military offensive seeking to invade the region.
According to reports from the ground, fighting erupted between the Turkish-backed mercenaries and Syrian regime forces in the village of Hashlum 30 km east of Ain Issa. Further details about the clash, in which heavy weapons are also used, were not immediately available.
Concordantly, the Turkish state forces have launched an artillery attack on the village of Fatsa, located 15 km east of Ain Issa and close to the strategic Shergirak wheat silo.
